Total Process and Energy Assessment "T-PEA™"
Total Process Energy Assessment is an ALFA proven and
proprietary methodology used to identify, verify,
quantify, and then optimize plant wide energy usage,
utility allocation and environmental emissions, which
includes process functionality. It is a systematic
approach to assess plant energy efficiency and
identify opportunities for energy reduction. The
total process is divided into several phases that
incorporates investigation, analysis, and application
of engineered enhancing technologies. For relatively
low financial investment, our experience has shown
that companies can identify very significant
reductions in annual costs from a combination of
energy efficiency, productivity improvements, utility
optimization, and waste reductions.
